Mr. Conroy has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the life science market and has launched protein separation applications, established distribution and licensing partnerships and led life science companies. Mr. Conroy is a founder of Adjuvant Global Advisors, a business strategy and operations consulting firm focused on pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Mr. Conroy has served as the CEO of Innovative Biologics, a small molecule anti-infective preclinical development company. Prior to Adjuvant, Mr. Conroy held general management and marketing positions with Thermo BioAnalysis, a division of Thermo Electron (NYSE:TMO). Prior to Thermo, Mr. Conroy held sales, marketing and business development positions at Transgenic Sciences Corp. and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Conroy is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and teaches graduate courses in commercialization and intellectual property as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University Medical School and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Mr. Conroy holds a BS in Finance from Providence College.

Mr. Gray has more than sixteen years of experience in Big Four accounting and consulting firms (Ernst & Young and KPMG), serving and consulting with many public and private companies. He has extensive experience with private and public companies regarding financial, compliance, and strategic matters and has a deep background in the healthcare industry. Mr. Gray also serves as a director of United Therapeutics Inc., (NASDAQ:UTHR) and Red Branch Technologies, Inc. (OTC:RBTI).
Mr. Lyles has over 10 years of business development and environmental science experience and is involved in the science and business of biomimicry. After creating a novel bio-neutralization technology to treat seawater, he went on to explore uses of seawater and benefits of the oceans to the skin and body. In 2005, he co-founded C’watre, LLC, an ocean water based skin care company. He serves as a Director of White Door, Inc, a provider of mobile green energy platforms to power mission critical applications anywhere in the world. Mr. Lyles received his degree in BA in Biology and Environmental Studies at Kenyon College. Mr. Lyles is active in environmental entrepreneurship and serves as a board member of Kenyon's Innovation Greenhouse and the Burton Morgan Foundation business plan competition.
Mr. Freymeyer has over 30 years experience in selling technical products, applications and services in the industrial and research protein separations market. As the leader of EMD Chemical’s Protein Separation Center of Excellence, Mr. Freymeyer established product and service relationships with the leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Experience includes sales and marketing of systems and complex separation applications with PerSeptive Biosystems.
Mr. Flynn is an international corporate attorney, who advises clients on corporate finance, business and securities maters. He began his career in the U.S. Army (Military Intelligence) and served in the 1968-70 My Lai Investigation. He was discharged as Captain and served the Office of D.C. Attorney General from 1970-80. Robert's Bar Admissions include: Supreme Court of the United States; U.S. Courts of Appeals, First, Third, Fourth, and Sixth Circuits; D.C. Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court (D.C.); Superior Court of the District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
Dr. Hirsh is the CEO of CryoBioPhysica, a life science research tools company developing software and reagents for complex protein separation issues in ion exchange chromatography. Dr. Hirsh advises the company on analytical applications, scientific due diligence of licensing and acquisition targets, HPLC/ion exchange chromatography applications and biomarkers in oncology and CNS. Dr. Hirsh received a BS in Biology from The California Institute of Technology and PhD in Plant Biology from the University of Maryland.
